The Jesus Synagogue Podcast
“And He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up; and as was His custom, He entered the synagogue on the Sabbath, and stood up to read.”
– Luke 4:16, NASB1995
The Jesus Synagogue was a podcast that Michael started to cover topics like Christians and the Law, non-Jews and Israel, Christian and Jewish Traditions, the Torah, and more. It was created for people who were new to the Torah, for those who wanted to hear a different Christian perspective, or who were just curious about the Messianic and Hebrew Roots Movements.
A key component to Michael’s concept was his son-in-law, André-Philippe Therrien, who, at the time, was a Classics student at the University of Puget Sound. Because of their busy schedules, the only time they had to record was on Shabbat mornings before service. Ultimately, their schedules would not allow them to continue in this effort, so they put it on hold.
Below are a handful of episodes that Michael and André-Philippe recorded.
